I found this little gem on my flash drive. It's one of the first FOP stories I wrote.

As much as I love to hate on Juandissimo, especially when it comes to stories about Cosmo and Wanda. I really do have a soft spot for this guy. I really don't think he's as bad as people (including myself) make him out to be.

I hope you guys enjoy this.

Jundissimo sat alone in his living room, flipping through his old high school year book. He looked out the window and watched the rain pour down, flooding the streets of Fairy World.

Remy grew up to the point of not needing his fairy anymore, so Juandissimo had to leave. He was probably more upset about the ordeal than Remy was. Being a fairy godparent helped keep him occupied and it gave him a sense of being loved. Fortunately for Remy, his memeory was wiped clean so he didn't have the pain of remembering Juandissimo.

The Latino sighed and turned his attention back to the year book. He remembered how popular he was. All the girls wanted him and all the guys wanted to be like him. All the attention gave him a sense of self worth and built up his confidence. Many saw a cocky, arrogant and self absorbed fairy who took pride in his appearance and sexy body.

But what his peers didn't see was when he was alone, all his confidence deminished, leaving behind a self loathing, insecure, vulnerable fairy.

Tears blurred his vision as a memory from his childhood invaded his mind.

Flashback

"Come on Juandissimo, be a man!" His father said

"But papá, what about mamì?" A five year old juandissimo asked

"Don't be stupid! What she doesn't know won't hurt."

"But, mamì will be worried, no?"

"You know what, forget it. You are nothing but a disappointment! Wait here and I'll come out when I'm done!" His father said, going into the brothel.

Five year old Juandissimo waited outside for what felt like hours. When his father finally returned, he smelled of alcohol and his hair and clothes were disheveled. He quickly floated away, forgetting about his young son.

"Papá wait for me!" Little Jundissimo called.

His father turned around to see who was talking to him

"Who are you?" He slurred

"It's me, Juandissimo."

"I don't know any Jundissimo."

"But papá, I'm your son."

"I have no son! Because if I did, he wouldn't have been a wuss." He spat and poof'd away.

End flashback

Juandissimo never felt accepted by his father. No matter how hard he tried, his father would always make sure he knew he wasn't good enough.

A silent tear fell from his face as he recalled another memory.

Flashback

Twelve year old Juandissimo came home from school with a black eye. His father sat in the kitchen with a beer in his hand. He looked up and saw his son trying to cover his eye.

"What happened to you?" He slurred

"Nothing." Juandissimo lied

"Don't lie to me boy. Now come here and tell me what happened!" His head was swaying because of the alcohol.

Juandissimo did as he was told. But he was afraid of what his father would say... or do...

"Well? What happened?"

"Um... I got punched." He looked away ashamed.

His father chuckled. "You are a disgrace to the Magnifico name." He stood up and wabbled around the table. "C'mere boy and I'll show you how to fight like a real man."

Fear overtook the young Latino. But before he had time to do anything, his father punched him in the face, causing him to black out. He woke up in the hospital. His father told the doctor he got into a fight at school and the kid who punched him, really did him in.

Juandissimo cowered under the blanket in the hospital bed when the doctor left him alone with his father.

"You are worthless and will never be anything. You can't even stand up for yourself." His father spat before he left the room.

End flashback

Juandissimo couldn't stop the flood of tears that came. He sobbed loudly at the memories he didn't want to remember. When he felt relieved from letting it all out, he wiped his eyes and returned to the year book. He turned the page and saw her. The swirly pink haired beauty whom he used to call his... Wanda.

They dated when they were teens, in the Fairy Academy. He surprised when she broke up with him. He couldn't understand why, at the time. And even 10,000 years later, when Cosmo and Wanda were Timmy's godparents, he still pined for her, trying to take her back from Cosmo. It wasn't until after he was sent back to Fairy World, when his assignment to Remy was complete, that he realized why he stilled tried to get Wanda back.

He wanted Wanda because she was the one genuine person in his life. She wanted to be with him because of who he was as a person, not because of his looks, although that probably played a small part. He never let anyone in. He never let anyone see his flaws, his weakness and vulnerability, except her... she knew who he really was under all those muscles and, cocky attitude and good looks and she accepted him.

But he took her for granted. He never paid her the attention she deserved and he shamefully threw himself at other women, just like his father... just like his father. This thought brought a new slew of tears to him. He didn't want to be anything like his father, not at all!

As much as he denied it, he didn't truly love Wanda in the way he thought he did. He loved the way she made him feel. When he finally came to terms with the reality of it, he was able to move on. He made amends with both Wanda and Cosmo, though Cosmo still didn't fully trust him. He also found his match. His one true love.

He reached over to the table next to the couch and picked up the picture frame and smiled. Then he looked at the clock and gasped. He was going to be late if he didn't hurry.

He quickly changed into a suit, fixed his red, puffy eyes and searched for the little velvet box that held the ring he was going to propose to Blonda with.
