Summery: Missing scene from Season 4 finale. The conversation where the Buy More employees discover that Chuck's bought the Buy More.

Everyone was looking at him with wide-eyed expressions on their faces. Especially Jeff. Then again, Jeff usually looked like that.

"Wha—What did you—Did you just say what I thought you just said?" Big Mike demanded.

"If you think I said that I just bought the Buy More, then yes," Chuck smiled, "I did."

"Where did you come up with the money for that?" Lester inquired with an accusing look on his face. "Why didn't you cut us in on the deal?"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa! I didn't make a deal with anyone and I didn't sell anything. There was no deal to cut you in on. A rich great-uncle of mine just died and left me with some cash, that's all."

"So, how much do you have?" Big Mike asked, greed becoming apparent on his face. "Because I've got to treat Bolonia right, you know."

"I'm sure my mother is getting by just fine how you're treating her now," Morgan said, a slight shudder apparent.

"Anyway, just wanted to stop by and let you know that I'm the new owner of the Buy More," Chuck said as he rubbed his hands together as he surreptitiously slid back towards the door.

"Where do you think you're going?" Big Mike queried.

Chuck looked at him like a deer in headlights. "I'm going back to the floor. The customers might need me."

"No, no, no," Lester corrected him. "You are going home. We are going back to the floor to be the model employees that every owner loves."

"C'mon, guys. Just because I own the store now doesn't make me any different. I'm still Chuck and I'm still working here. I'm not going home now just because I'm the owner. Besides," he smiled, "I know how this works. The only way any customer is going to get waited on is if I'm here watching your every move."

Jeff's eyes got—if possible—even wider. "How do you know that?"

"I've worked here, remember? Don't worry, though, I know you guys haven't actually worked in years, so we'll build up to it. For now, just go back to the floor and try to answer questions if asked."

"What if we can't answer the questions?" Jeff asked, puzzled. "If we haven't worked in years, how are we supposed to actually help people?"

"Try. That's half of it. For the rest, use common sense. See how it goes. If you still don't know, point them in the direction of Big Mike."

"Me? How is that supposed to help?"

"Well, you've been the store manager before," Chuck explained, puzzled as to how this could be confusing. "You know how everything is run."

"You think I actually did work as store manager? The only people who ever actually did anything were you and Morgan!"

"I knew there was something fishy going on!" Morgan exclaimed. "I was right, it is a conspiracy!"

"Calm down, Morgan. Now, Big Mike, you should be able to answer some of the questions that the others can't. Try your best. As for the questions you can't answer, direct them to our website. There's a page there to ask questions. Morgan and I will get to those later. Everyone got it? Answer questions. If you can't, ask Big Mike. If he can't, the website. Good," Chuck nodded. "Let's go with this plan."

Chuck watched as everyone except Morgan filed out to the floor. "Now what?" he asked Morgan.

"Now we wait and see how it goes. We may need to fire everyone and start from scratch."

"Really?" Chuck asked worriedly. "I'd hate to have to do that to everyone."

"Relax. Our other option is to try this for roughly ten minutes, then give up on everyone and let things revert to the status quo."

"For some reason, I think that plan will be the one we use."

"So do I."

And together, the two friends stepped out into the store, signaling the beginning of a new era in Buy More history.
