Listen to Your Heart

Disclaimer: Yes, I'm back! And no, I STILL don't own Harry Potter. So ha!
A/N: Yes, I'm back with even more Harry/Draco slashie! It's only going to be a chapter long because it's basically just a conversation between the two. But enjoy anyway!
Dedications: I dedicate this fic to the one and only Ko-chan! *huggles* Thanks for all the reviews! (Yes, I'll review some of your stuff soon! ^_^)

Harry sighed heavily as he gazed over at the horizon, his bright green eyes sparkling with small tears. He was sitting between two turrets on the top of the Gryffindor tower, his shadow been reflected by the darkening sunset. He had taken a liking to sitting up here by himself, usually thinking. But even if he wanted to read a book, he'd still prefer to sit up here alone. Wiping his eyes on the sleeves of his cloak, he stood up a little shakily, his face paler than normal.
"So this is where you are when I can't find you, is it?" Harry looked up to see Draco hovering on his broomstick, feet away from where Harry was standing. Not replying, Harry sat back down between the turrets again, shrugging. Dismounting his broom, Draco walked over to him. "Are you alright?" Harry just shrugged again, his face blank. "I guess I am. I've just been thinking too much." Harry answered, watching Draco as he sat in front of him. "About what?" Harry hung his head a little as he shook his head gently. "About us." Looking back up at Draco, Harry felt the corner of his mouth twitch nervously.
"What about us?" Draco asked quietly, taking Harry's hands in his as he rested his head against Harry's knee. "Well. M-Maybe. Maybe we should just. Let go." Draco suddenly looked up at him, his eyes wide. "What the hell are you talking about? Is this because of my family?" Harry shook his head a little in response.
"No, it isn't about your family. Not at all."
"Harry. If you don't love me anymore, just tell me." Draco replied quietly, his grey eyes locking with Harry's emerald ones. "Draco. I do love you. You know that. But. I've been thinking. Is our relationship based on love or lust?" Draco just laughed quietly as he placed his hand over Harry's heart. "Stop listening to your brain. What's your heart telling you?"
"I love you. I love you more than anything." Harry answered softly, seeming ashamed of himself. "Harry. I love you, too." Draco smiled as their lips brushed together gently. Harry suddenly pulled away, smiling. Draco just sat there, looking at him confused. "I don't know about you but. I feel like I'm ready to spend the rest of my life with you. You've taught me so much about myself. We're meant to be." Draco smiled as he hugged Harry tight, not wanting to let go. "I feel exactly the same." Still smiling, Draco looked at Harry. "Together forever, and that's something I can promise."

Whoa, that WAS a short fic, but know I want to write some sort of sequel. It felt just too open-ended. The next fic I write will most likely be a sequel to this one. Anyway, please review, and I hoped you liked it!
