Note: This fanfic was HUGELY inspired by Hikari Sword's Crimson Edge. Mostly because we use the same cartridge to play Awakening. I bet this fic isn't going to be that great, but anyways, enjoy (If you can XD).

(Mid Chapter 6)
"I knew there was wisdom slipping in with these rogues. Look at these man-spawn claw each other like savages. I will repay the warren's debt and then wash my hands of their race." the taguel speaks. "Hah! Huh? Another assassin?" Chrom asks while slaying another bandit. "No, Panne has come to help. I swear to you, she is your ally." the hero king states "Quite the prophet aren't you?" Snoshap walks up to Panne. "Nice to meet you. The name's Snosh-OW" "Do not speak to me man-spawn. I am only here to fill a debt." "(what's up with her?)" the tactician wonders.
(After Chapter 6)
Gaius and Panne had just joined the shepherds, and Snoshap is rather, curious about the taguel of the group. "Er, Panne?" "What do you want?" "I would like to learn more about the taguel. I never heard of a shapeshifting race... I mean if you don't mind..." "I do not" "Uh.. well, I was expecting a different reaction." "Why? I do not mind. Why do you doubt me?" "Hmm, I'm not sure. I guess I didn't imagine you saying yes so easily. I was ready for an argument. Well that was kind of pointless wasn't it?" Snoshap started to look nervous. "Is it I who frighten you, or is it because I'm a taguel?" "Wha-, N-no nothing like that. It's just…I thought you would mind talking about your people. It was humans like me who killed your kind after all." " Humans LIKE you. But not you. You do not bear the blame for what was done, so you do not bear the guilt" "Oh, well that explains a lot." "Finally you've clamed down a bit. Your heart is slowing." " Wait... you can hear my heartbeat?" Snoshap feels his chest, trying to feel his own heartbeat. "Lesson one-taguel have strong ears. A heart's beat always betrays its owner." "Oh I have to come up with a route for the shepherds now. I'd love to stay but I can't keep Chrom waiting. I'll come back if you have more teachings about your race. Could we do this sometime again?" "Of course. It is nice to find someone who is curious about my people."
