Red, Blue, Love Just as True

Supernatural

No Pairings

Summary: Sometimes, Dean just wishes that they could be normal for once because brothers shouldn't give each other love notes. But looking into Sam's glittering eyes, he couldn't help but laugh.

Disclaimer: I wouldn't be writing this if I owned it.

Colors of Red

Eyes of Blue

I know this doesn't describe you

But this is true

The one I love the most is you.

"Well?" Sam looked up at Dean, eyes glittering with anticipation. Shaggy brown hair framed his face as he glanced from the dark green card with the pair of wings on it and the blank look on his older brother's face. It was Valentine's Day and he wanted to show Dean he cared.

Moss green eyes just stared blankly at the card. Of course Sam would write something like this. But as he read through, line by line, he couldn't help his eyes softening at the words. When he reached the end, he let out a laugh. Grabbing Sam into a bear hug, he twirled the 10 year old around before setting him down. Pressing his face into Sam's hair, he whispered, "I love you too, little brother."

Sam smiled, hugging his big brother back. It didn't matter that Dad wasn't home or that he got teased again for having long girly hair or writing a poem on his card. Dean liked it, and that's all that matters.

Too fluffy, but I couldn't help it. The first thing that comes to my mind during Valentine's Day is those kiddie generic cards. I remember writing out Valentine's Day cards and a bunch of other holiday ones too with those little silly poems. This poem has been stuck in my head all day and I figured I might as well write a little oneshot for it. X3 Too cute though, especially little innocent Sam.

Didn't want to make it a romance one though, figured that there was already a bunch of them. I guess it could be taken as Wincest though…
