A/N

I know, I have yet to respond to reviews and PM. Please forgive me, I shall get to it as soon as I can. Also have fics to work on, but they are in progress, I promise. XD

This is a quick little scene that's actually inspired by the blooper reel of season 8, that one where Blake is supposed to walk straight in and say something to Rossi and Reid - only Jeanne bursts out laughing mid-sentence and Joe begins to chuckle at her laugh, and I think that's kind of where I started shipping Blake and Rossi in spite of my naturally femslashy heart. LOL

"Are you done yet?" David Rossi asked in a rather testy voice, rubbing the small of his back. Alex Blake looked back at him, trying to control her facial features.

"Yeah."

She bit the insides of her cheeks.

"No. No I'm not. Sorry. I'm really sorry, I…" she managed to get these words out before bending over with laughter, snorting so hard she accidentally spat all over her vest. "I'm sorry," she repeated, hiding her face behind both hands and laughing so hard she had to stop walking for a moment.

"I'm glad I could bring such joy and happiness to your life," Rossi muttered. "It wasn't that funny, Alex."

"Yes, it was," she insisted, wiping tears from the corners of her eyes. "Oh my God, what made you think trying that kid's skateboard would be a good idea?"

"She challenged me!"

"You could have said no! You want me to drive?"

"No way. You'll start thinking about my little mishap at the wrong moment and end up crashing the car instead," Rossi replied and carefully climbed into the driver's seat of the SUV. "Don't tell the others."

"We'll see," Blake replied with a wide grin.

Half an hour later they parked outside the police station. Rossi took off his seat belt and limped out of the car.

Blake got out of the passenger's seat and promptly fell flat on her stomach on the ground.

"What the hell, Alex?!" Rossi said.

"I'm fine. I just… got stuck. I forgot to take off the seat belt," she replied in a very small voice as she started to untangle herself from said seat belt. She was blushing fiercely.

Rossi laughed so hard he had to hold onto the hood of the car for support.

"Don't tell the others!" Blake hissed and got back up on her feet.

"We'll see," Rossi managed to say before being hit by another bout of laughter. "I believe what just happened to you is what they call 'instant Karma'."

Blake delivered an exaggerated eye roll in response, then both agents picked up their wounded pride and went inside.

"Why are you two so dirty?" Hotch asked, looking up from the report he was reading.

Blake and Rossi exchanged looks.

"Unexpected equipment issues."

Hotch's face didn't change, and he didn't ask further questions. But there was a light sigh in his voice when he said;

"Clean up and join us in ten."
