Patty looks around at two of her living daughters as she told them the news while in her astral form. "Did you just say that we could become Charmed again" Phoebe started "and that we have not only another sister, but, a brother as well?" Piper ended. "I thought that Halliwell women only have daughters?" Phoebe asked. "Really phoebe that is all that you have to say, we have just found out that we have two other siblings that we had no idea that they even existed." in a frustrated voice that came from Piper. She then continued "Why have we not heard about these two siblings before this mom, Grams" yelling at the top of her voice.
Patty waited for Piper to stop yelling before she stated to tell them the story about her and her White-lighter Sam. She told them how the two of them were in love and that they wanted to be together. That when they found out that she was pregnant that Sam and she were happy yet worried about what the Elders would do. So, in secret they had not one but two children together: a daughter that they were expecting and son that showed up a minute later to their great surprise. They then orbed into a church holding the children and asked that the daughters name begin with a P and then they left to return home. She also told them that they only person who knew that she was pregnant was Grams and that they had made her swear not to tell anyone that she had twins.
