James and Lily were walking down the 5th floor corridor looking for an empty room to make out in. James had his arm slinked around Lily's shoulders and a smug look on his face. Lily on the other hand looked rather nervous as she was afraid of being caught by a teacher. She knew that if she was caught making out with James she could loose her prefects badge. They strolled casually until they came across the empty divination classroom. James quickly did a once over of the classroom just to check there was no one in there and when it was all clear he beckoned Lily in. Lily surveyed the classroom just to check there were no CCTV cameras on the walls, when she came across a rather strange object sitting on the shelf. She walked over to it and took it off the shelf. James came over to check the strange object out. Lily gasped when she realised what it was, "that's a time turner! We could go back or forwards in time with this!" she exclaimed.
"Cool" said James, "shall we test it out?"
"I don't want to get in trouble" Lily said tentatively.
"Oh come on Evan's, take a risk once in while. Its good for you!"
"Rubbish." she said dismissivly.
"Please" James pleaded while doing puppy eyes.
"Oh all right then, but as long as where back by the next class, I don't want to miss potions" she said.
James snorted "yeah right". When he saw that she was being serious he said "sure no no problems."
"OK, lets go back to yesterdays transfiguration class and pull down Snape's pants." said Lily
"good idea." said a grinning James. He took the time turner from Lily and twisted it.
Everything became blurred and then Lily's head started to spin so she closed he eyes. She opened her eyes and realised she was standing in the same divination classroom that they started off in. She turned to James who looked just as confused as she felt. "Did anything happen?" she asked.
"I dunno, lets go out and see." he replied as his eyes scanned the classroom. He came across a calender that said 31st October 2007. "Bloody hell!" he exclaimed. Lily had a terrified look on her face.
"What are we going to do?" she asked.
"I dunno." said James "lets go outside." They opened the classroom door and walked down the deserted corridor. They walked past Professor Trelawney's office, where the door was left open. James peered inside and saw her sherry bottles on the table. He showed Lily and both their eyes lit up, James knew that Lily was thinking the same thing as he was.
