Ren smashed his fist into another wall out of frustration. You let her get away... It had been two days since Pirika left. those two days had managed to leave his whole house in ruins. His sister worried because he wouldn't eat, and it wasn't only her, even Yoh had come over to ask what was wrong. Of course he would never tell anybody. That I love her...

Even after not eating for a week, even after his sister begged him, Ren wouldn't leave his room and refused contact with the outside world. Does she remember I'm here? If anyone told her would she care?

After another week Ren started passing in and out of consciousness while thoughts of what he could have done passed in and out of his head, even his dreams were filled with regret. He was trapped in his own mind.

Soon after a week and a half he was forced to eat, and slowly recovering over the next month Ren slowly started living again, not forgetting or becoming any less remorseful just becoming human again. He'd never forget what he never did, what he never said. I love you Pirika...

Ren died in the next few weeks after that. His family didn't know how he died and the doctors couldn't find out what killed him. He could have used some undetectable poison, or wasted away but if you asked anyone who had talked to him in those few weeks after he found out they probably would have told you he died of a broken heart...
