For me, the smiling titan the chance to finish off Yeager's irritating son and foster daughter is a moment that would have had been worth waiting for. Killing their protector had been worth it just so they could experience true hopelessness but to finish them off in total despair would have been.
I watched as they had what could be described as a touching moment. I was ready to finish them off. I knew killing the boy was the most important goal. The son had to pay for the sins of the father. Yeager stole the power of the co-ordinate from us and i felt it was important he suffer for it. Dr Yeager would have soon learnt of how his son and foster daughter died. Exactly the same way that his cheap whore died .First I had to kill them then I could devour them. It's important to do it in that order when dealing with anyone associated with Doctor Yeager. You never know who he may have given titan abilities to. Swallowing them simply makes people less suspicious and because you seem more like a regular titan. .Just as I thought I was going to have my moment of victory then the son did something that seemed ridiculous to me he tired to punch me in his human form. Given the size difference I couldn't comprehend. What was the point? I just assumed it was the last act of the desperate. Then I saw it, after that punch titans were coming after me. Dr. Yeager's son had the power of the co-ordinate. I'd failed to kill him and now I'd lost. That was not good. I then soon felt them eating me.
Even when you are in a titan form being devoured hurts. I endured it though. At least until I could turn back to my human form and until I could get away without being seen. Getting away from titans is surprisingly easy when they are busy devouring a 15metre titan but getting away so the keen eyes of the survey corps don't see you at the same time is a far more difficult task. For someone less skilled than me it would have been impossible but I'm very good. I stole one of the survey corps horses to get back to the city. Titan territory is dangerous. getting though it fast is important so I got back to the city walls a fast as possible.
There's a secret entrance that allows you to pass under the wall. Only our titan shifters know of its existence it doesn't quite get you into the inner city only Trost but it's still useful enough. It simply means you need to justify why you're there. I always claim to have been sleeping with someone there and the guards simply let me through. It's surprisingly easy to get in. No- one ever seems to suspect me. I guess my titan form is more subtle, mine doesn't have the pair of giveaways that showed that titan's human form had to be female. Mine looks male so everyone assumes that if the smiling titan had a human form it would be male. Perhaps it wasn't that though perhaps I'm simply better at covering my tracks. When I become a titan
When I got back to the city I have to keep up the same pretense of where I was but in truth the inner city no-one cares what he military police do or perhaps they are too afraid to find out. Either way it suits me. I then saw one of my fellow officers I knew it was time to act like myself
"Hitch what have you been doing?" asked my superior Nile
"Nothing important" I answered smiling at him . Because that's who I am when I'm Hitch the lazy soldier of the military police the smiling girl who doesn't care. Not the warrior I really am when I become the smiling titan, and next time I won't fail. No-one really knows who I am. That's why I smile.
