"Amazing," I thought, "how people can just ignore others in meed. Well, sometimes they have no choice." I sighed at the thought. "Was I supposed have this kind of doubt? It seems so haunting to be so unstable for an angel to feel these feelings. The archangel did say that I would experience human feelings, but should they be this strong? If so, then I must be getting close to my charge."

Just as I had thought the words, she came into view. No one could mistake the unnatural color of red in her hair. I went into my human form and walked up to her. I was her welcome committy. I to come here for seven months so I could memorize all parts of the school. She saw me and smirked. I probably looked like an easy target for her. I was the small, thin type with short brown hair and blue eyes. The perfect victim for a bully.

"How stupid can this school be?! They stuck me with a small, little thing like you? Don't they know that I could rip your heat into pieces with the simplest of words," she asked me with sarcasim practically dripping from her mouth.

"And they stuck me a comedian! How fun! Listen, I don't like this anymore than you do, but can we pretend to het along?" I tried to convince her.

"Why? I'm just going to break you in a matter of minutes," she said.

"Don't worry. I've had training. I can take anything you throw at me. Just because I'm not the biggest person here doesn't mean that I can't a beating," I said with the fakest smile I ever gave anyone. "I can already see how much fun this charge is going to be!" I thought. I started to walk away from her and even though I didn't look back at her I could tell that she was scared and quickly followed me. Before even a minute passed by she tried to start a conversation with me.

"So, have you been here long?" she asked me.

"Nope," I responded with a popping sound on my "p".

"So, you're new here, too? Do you have any friends yet?"

"Yes and no. Don't think I'm a loser, either. I prefer not to have any friends. Friendships cause complications and complications cause sadness." The truth was that I wasn't allowed to make friends with anyone but her. "Why do you pretend that you're all tough? I know you're not. You can sense the alarm in your voice and you're shaking pretty bad," I said to her.

"So, you noticed? Being tough is what gets you places. It brought my old school's bullies to the highest rank, so I thought I might try it too and try to become the most popular student here, but I guess that didn't work. How did you know I was scared? I mean, I covered pretty well, or at least I thought so," she said.

"I know people and lets end it at that," I said not giving her any answer on who I really was.

"This is going to be a long day," I thought.
