Personality: Argor is a cruel, sadistic and menacing, who does whatever it takes to achieve his goals, having no remorse for any of his actions. His intelligence is extremely high and his plans go to very great depths to be solved - he managed to trick the Ninja Turtles and their friends into retrieving the fragments of the Map of Infinity for him. Argor's abilities make him a very formidable enemy and he has managed to hold his own against even the Earth Protection Force. He fears no one and hungers for power.
Unlike all the rest of the Ninja Turtles other enemies, such as Lord Dregg and the Shredder, Argor prefers to carry out his plans himself rather than let his minions do the work for him, instead using said minions for less important tasks, like maintaining his starship, guarding, setting up equipment, or use them as cannon fodder to stall for time. He captured and recaptured all of the five Andromeda aliens by himself, and didn't mind impersonating an Earth Protection Force member to do so.

Appearance: Argor's appearance is similar to that of a human. However, he has small flesh-colored horns on his head and red eyes ringed with black marks (a sign of recent energy intake). He has long, black hair. He wears a brown knee-length, open-chested tunic, baggy jeans, black calf-high boots, and wields a spear-like weapon that he can use to fire red energy projectiles.
History: Argor was the most dangerous alien the entire galaxy that even Lord Dregg fears and wants to capture five aliens to help him gain the 'Ultimate Prize' to take control of the universe.
