_Quinn Fabray reread the note several times that her fiancé had left her while walking to the place Rachel had said in the note.
Dear Quinn
I love you so much baby. I'm sorry I couldn't be there for Christmas but I promise if you go to the place we had our first kiss on Christmas Eve at 7:00 that I'll have a surprise waiting for you there.

Quinn sighed as she approached the park where she and Rachel had made there go to spot to talk and just be alone and enjoy the time together when they moved to New York. She smiled at the memories as they flooded her memory before feeling sadness fill her all over again at the fact that the love of her wouldn't be there for Christmas. Dating a famous Broadway star meant she was away a lot because of the plays but this would be the first Christmas they spent apart. She frowned deeply and went to sit on the bench under the tree and started quietly singing to herself while waiting for the surprise that Rachel had promised would come.

Quinn jumped when she felt a hand on her shoulder but didn't turn around as a familiar voice took over the song

Quinn smiled at hearing Rachel's voice and slowly got up and was immediately engulfed in a warm hug by her favorite star as she continued singing the song.

Quinn smiles and couldn't resist pecking Rachel's lips before joining in and finishing the song

Quinn couldn't wipe the huge smile off her face and picked up Rachel and spun her around in an even bigger hug. Rachel giggled and it was music to her ears and after she put her down she held her close and passionately kissed her knowing that this was the best gift she could ever get. As she pulled away she whispered against Rachel's lips "Best surprise ever." Rachel responded with a wide smile before intertwining their fingers and walking home with the love of her life.
