The following is a series of transmissions and descriptions of the days that Lapis Lazuli and Peridot switched bodies.
Log date: 7 30 2
It was a normal day in the DeMaio barn. Peridot and Lapis had been working on the farm, the pumpkin dog had been jumping around attempting (and failing) to help. Pierre and Percy still had not gotten together. Steven was gone, and wasn't going to return for a little while. Andy still dropped by on occasion, but not too often. The harvest was almost ending, and Peridot and Lapis had to do some extra work to make sure that it was all brought into the barn. After working most of the day away, Peridot was done. Lapis decided to continue collecting food. Peridot finally found some time to check her social media.
"Ah! Finally some time to myself!" Peridot said as she sat down on a haystack. She took out her tablet and opened Tumblr. She opened up her blog, Askperidotgem, and took a look. "Let's see what my adoring fans sent me ~" Peridot stopped as she saw the first post she got. Anonymous said: M!A Switch bodies with Lapis. Peridot made a face that was halfway between a grimace and a confused look.
There's no chance I would do- Peridot was immediately cut off from her train of thought after a cloud of green smoke enveloped her with a satisfying "poof".
The smoke cleared and It seemed Lapis Lazuli was sitting on the haystack. What was that smoke? Peridot thought. She stood up, or rather, Lapis Lazuli stood up. Why am I taller? Peridot put her hand in front of her face, and was surprised to see that it was blue, rather than her normal green. That's strange. It's kind of like Lapis'. Wait… Peridot noticed that her head felt… smaller. She checked it to find that it was Lapis'. I-…
I'm LAPIS?!
Peridot screamed in Lapis' voice.

Lapis Lazuli was flying above the farm, watering everything, when a cloud of blue smoke enveloped her with a satisfying poof. Lapis fell rapidly, leaving a Peridot shaped hole in the ground. The pumpkin dog looked down to see if she was okay. Where Lapis would have fallen, Peridot's body was.
