Hope you all enjoy this. The song is When You Say Nothing At All by Lonestar.

The crew were out for a night of karoke while they had the chance.
"Alright next up is our wonderful captain Mike," ET grinned as he handed the microphone over to Mike.
Mike's eyes scanned over the crew as they all sat each wearing a goofy grin after having a bit to much to drink. Mike winked at Kate before he started singing.
It's amazing how you can speak right to my heart
Without saying a work, you can light up the dark
Try as I may I could never explain
What I hear when you don't say a thing

The smiled on your face let's me nkow that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all

All day long I can hear people talking out loud

Mike gestured for Kate to join him. On her way up there Kate joined Mike singing. Mike held Kate's hand as they sung to their audience.

But when you hold me near, you drown out the crowd
Try as they may they can never define
What's being said between your heart and mine

The smiled on your face let's me nkow that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all

The smiled on your face let's me nkow that you need me
There's a truth in your eyes saying you'll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you'll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all

Mike and Kate left the stage and returned to their seats. Mike knelt down in front of Kate as she sat in her chair.
"Kate there's nothing or no one I love more than you. Will you marry me Katie?" Mike asked as he pulled a box out of his pocket and opened it to show a diamond ring.
The room had gone quiet waiting for Kate's answer.
"Yes Mile I will," Kate smiled.
Mike grinned as he put the ring on Kate's finger. The room bursting into applause and comments from the crew.

Kate smiled as she watched Mike chase their three year old son Dylan around their backyard. Kate quite the Navy ships to take a desk job so she was closer for Dylan. Mike commanded the new HMAS Hammersley, spending every moment he was ashore with Kate and Dylan.
