'The summer air was soothing and made me want to drift away into a blissful sleep. Birds sang love songs to one another in the distance and ladybirds fluttered in a daze around the masses of people suddenly invading their habitat. The sun glinted preciously from above making people feel serene wherever they were. Couples strolled down streets, loved up in their summer romance, where single people despaired at the sight of them. A mantle of luxurious lime green grass awaited patiently for eager picnickers. At the nearby park kids of all ages were having fun, being bubbly and generally getting lost in the moment. All the mothers were sat at nearby benches and tables reliving their childhood memories, not letting go of the past.
Festivals had started and the live music rang in the ears of passers by; even though they weren't at the festival, they could still enjoy the luxury of happiness that the over-enthusiastic crowds brought to them. Groups of teenage girls out for summer vacation were testing new fragrances at a nearby market stall. As each girl gingerly picked up a bottle and tested it, the air filled with numerous fruity scents. Each scent had its own twist, one in particular reminded me of eating fresh fruit salads in the middle of summer. The leaves on the trees rustled for a split second as a gasp of cool, refreshing air enveloped me. I breathed in the air around me; I could smell freshly cut grass. It hovered for a few moments and then raced away to find its next companion. This was going to be the best summer ever.'
