Happy Birthday Mrs. Jackson

Percy Jackson was glad he was about to see his wife. He hadn't seen her in two weeks because he had to go away for a conference with his marine biology team who had found a new species of fish in Hawaii.

Percy was really happy that he was able to come home today because it was his wife's birthday, she was turning twenty-nine today and he wanted to be home for it. So once he pulled up to his house and walked to the door, he brought out the wrapped little box and opened the door with his key.

As he stepped inside he heard pots and pans clanking in the kitchen so he followed the noise. He saw through the doorway his wife taking blue cookies off the pan, once he saw the sight he got a lustful look in his eyes towards the cookies and his wife.

Percy quietly stepped through the doorway and behind his wife before wrapping his arms around her, with her present set in front of her on the counter. "Happy Birthday Mrs. Jackson." He whispered in her ear.

She quietly with a smile on her face opened the box and took out the necklace with a A.J. engraved in a diamond heart.

Annabeth's smile grew as she turned towards her husband of two years and said, "I love it Seaweed Brain." He took a cookie from the pan, ate it in two bites, then kissed her sweetly.

"I bought it because it was beautiful, but not even that necklace could compare to you."

"You're getting sappy Seaweed Brain."

Percy placed his forehead against hers and said, "I know but right now all I want to do is show you how much I love you and then take you out to dinner to your favorite restaurant."

Annabeth squealed as Percy lifted her up bridal style and started carrying her up the stairs.

It was offical.

Best Birthday Surprise Ever.
