Oh, Ouch

Sam rushed to where Dean was sprawled rather inelegantly on the ground. He reached down, grabbed Dean's elbow, and helped him stand. "You okay?"
"Mmm, yeah, I'm fine."
The younger Winchester gave him the once over, taking in the random trickles of blood and various abrasions. His eyes suddenly widened. "Dude, you're not fine. You've got a nail, a big-ass nail, through your hand!"
Dean raised the hand in question, blinking owlishly at the injury. "Huh. Will you look at that? Doesn't even hurt."
"It will. ER time, Dean, that nail's rusty."
"Aww, Sam, c'mon…"
"Nope, you know the rules…"
