Challenge: A Devils Doomsday

When you can never truly die and the universe ends and a new one begins, what do you do? You reincarnate into a human, BREAK EVERYTHING, and show the world why only YOU killed The Man of Steel. Doomsday's reincarnation is a semi-violent, non perverted Issei after being killed by Raynare, easily becomes the most powerful being on Earth, and SOMEHOW gets a harem against all odds!

The universe is like an old cell phone; you still try to use, you even try weird unorthodox methods to keep it in use, but sooner or later, it has to go and you get a new one. However, you still bring some of the old stuff to the new phone.

The DC Universe has ended, but life goes on and a new universe later spawned; High school DXD. However, due to his inability to never truly die, Doomsday was the only one to continue to the new universe, and eventually reincarnated into our favorite perverted Red Dragon Emperor.

Challenge: Issei is the reincarnation of Doomsday, and Raynare killiing him started to bring back ALL his memories and abilities. When Rias revives him with a Pawn Piece, he is back at 100% memories and abilities besides his natural revival clock. Watch as Issei/Doomsday fucks up EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE, and somehow gets a harem in the end.

Standard Rules-

1 Only Doomsday, no other DC characters show up.

2 Instead of being a pervert, Issei is somewhat violent before being reborn.

3 Harem has at least Rias, Akeno and Koneko. Other than that, go crazy.

4 Doomsday traits slowly take over the human traits( skin color, eye color, teeth, hair, claws, protruding bone, etc.)

5 Issei/Doomsday remains in Rias' Peerage regardless of events.

OPTIONALl-

1 Issei has no sacred gear, he is just a normal unlucky human who got killed by a stray devil or fallen angel.

2 If Issei has the Boosted Gear, it is useless due to his strength being far greater than what Ddraig could possibly ever boost.

3 If Vali Power Divides Issei, he/she just dies almost instantly due being unable to handle Issue's power.

4 Male to female genderbends.( Call, Kiba, etc.)

5 Issei/Doomsday has to 'Restart' his 'Immunities to Death'.

6 Issei/Doomsday is to powerful for a peerage piece, so in the Rizer Rating Game battle Issei/Doomsday naturally 'purges' his Pawn Piece in a large Energy Explosion(Batman v Superman ability).

Powers-(Besides Resurrection and other standard Doomsday powers)

Batman V Superman Heat Vision and Energy Explosion

Bone Spine Growth and Retraction (Can deploy/throw his bone like kunai and can also pull in his bone spines) like a pufferfish)

Appearance-

Either the Doomsday with green pants from Injustice: Gods Among Us or the 2018 animated movie The Death of Superman.( Will basically be a smaller, human sized version of the design chosen.)
