Lennie couldn't help herself. She laughed at the frustrated look on Joe's face. It wasn't that the situation was funny, because it certainly wasn't. But the way Joe furrowed his brows together, his lip jutting out every so slightly, was somehow extremely adorable. And finding her Adonis boyfriend adorable was not something she was used to.
Laughing had obviously been the wrong reaction because Joe cast a frustrated look her way.
"You think this is funny?" he asked.
She shook her head. "Of course not. But I think we may as well enjoy it. It could be an adventure."
Joe stared at her for a long moment and sighed deeply. "I suppose your right. Let's just look around and have fun."
Lennie smiled and grabbed his hand.
"You know," she started, "I'd get lost anywhere with you. It doesn't matter that we're in Paris and we got on the wrong train. As long as I'm with you, nothing else matters."
They exchanged smiles and started walking down the crowded streets of Paris, not really minding that they were lost. If they were together then nothing else mattered.
