A sick Qui-gon….not so.

I do not own Starwars, or Qui-gon or Obi-wan or Adi. I just borrowed them…without asking.

Obi-wan groaned, Qui-gon was sick and nothing they could say, would convince him otherwise.

Obi-wan dragged himself out of bed and swore softly as he saw that the loungeroom light was still on. The Healers had ambushed Obi-wan that afternoon and told him in no uncertain terms that if he didn't get Qui-gon into bed at a certain time each night, then his next trip to the healers would turn out poorly indeed. Obi-wan had hastely agreed with them and any other plan that they might give him in the future. The Healers had left him, smiling to themselves, it wasn't too often that one got to see Obi-wan so scared.

Now Obi-wan was hesitantly moving into the lounge room. Qui-gon sat there, coughing softly, reading something.

"Master?" Qui-gon jumped.

Obi-wan hesitated before he asked timidly: "What time is it?"

Qui-gon frowned slightly at him before answering. "10:00pm, padawan, why?"

"Don't you think you should be sleeping?" Obi-wan asked, bravely taking another step forward.

"Why?"

"Oh no reason." Obi-wan lied, hoping that Qui-gon believed him.

"Ok. Obi-wan?" Obi-wan jumped slightly. "What time is it?"

"10:00pm, master why?"

"Don't you think you should be sleeping?"

"Why?"

"Oh, no reason." Qui-gon smiled. Adi had informed him that the healers had ambushed Obi-wan and forced him to agree to do whatever they say.

"Master?"

"Yes?"

"why are you smiling?"

"Because, Padawan, your next trip to the healers is going to be painful." Qui-gon laughed slightly before coughing.

"thanks ever so much Master." Obi-wan muttered, turning back to his room.

"Any time, Padawan." Qui-gon grinned and turned back to the datapad.

"Oh Master." Obi-wan called.

"Yes?"

"Go to sleep!"

"Why?"

"Oh no reason!"

Qui-gon smiled and continued with his work, a submition to the healers on how Obi-wan was handling stress. He hit the button on his tunic that sounded like him coughing.

"Right, now, stress levels: Bad.

How he's handling it: Poorly."

Ok. I wrote this when I was sick. Something my brother said about one of his teachers suddenly gave me this idea, and I had to use it. Oh and if you didn't get the joke, it was the poorly bit. The healers used it as a threat. And Obi-wan's handling stress poorly….get it?

:sighs and hangs head: Well I tried..
