THE HISTORY OF THE RING

Long ago in the misty mountains three great evil masters met in a great goblin palace deep within the misty mountains to discuss a very important matter. This matter was the three rings of immense power. These rings were made by the great goblin forges and infused with magical power by the greatest and most powerful wizards in all the land. One ring was met for the Great goblin king, the second ring was made to fit the wood elf king and the third and final ring was made for the king of the trolls. A short time later the three leaders realized that these rings had so much power they could not control them. When they realized this they sealed the three rings inside three different chambers deep inside the goblin tunnels never to be seen again. They sealed them in such away that you could not tell the chambers from the rock wall.

After thousands of years the chambers started to erode. The chamber containing the troll king's ring collapsed completely destroying the ring. The other chambers collapsed and there contents spilled out into the tunnel.

One hundred years later a creature called Gollum was wandering the tunnels when he saw something twinkle. It was the Goblin King's ring of power. He put the ring on and discovered it would turn him invisible. To this day he keeps his ring and uses it to hunt.
