A.N: The fact that I can write both a poem and a story at once reveals the fact that I have way too much time on my hands...or, at least, that I should be revising for my French exam instead.
Don't expect this to rhyme...it doesn't!
Is it worth it?
What's it all about?
These battles we fight,
For what, a sword?
So a sword called Soul Edge
That grants so much power
But why do people need power?
What's it all for in the end?
A moment of glory? To be feared throughout the land?
Or to defend a country?
But is it worth it?
The lost lives.
The loss of identity.
The mindless murdering.
To make yourself worse than what you were,
To begin with, is it worth it?
Answer me, tell me.
What makes us do it?
What made you do it?
The death of one person,
It led to the death of thousands more.
What makes this one person so special?
What could this person mean to you?
To drive you to do that?
Did they really mean so much?
So you say they did. But what about other important people?
Did you not think about that?
Did you not consider the consequences?
You only have yourself to blame.
You know that already, don't you?
And you know what it's like to lose someone.
Searched for a sword, to slay his killer
You should have just died along with the other knights.
You shouldn't have been born.
You're a danger to humanity.
A danger to life.
A danger to yourself.
You have only yourself to blame.
You're still a child really.
But you're also a danger…
Was it worth it?
Guess who the narrator is talking to...go on, guess!
Review please. Pretty please with sugar on top.
Come on! It's four days until my birthday, review as a present to me please!
