Starcraft 2: Heart of the Swarm (Epilogue)

For me the ending of HotS is very predictable. Kill the villain in a very simple fashion, everyone's happy. So in response, I made this.

This is like an after-conversation in the ending. It's more like in the Metal Gear Series where Ocelot talks to who knows who shortly after the credits. If you don't know MGS cliches, it's basically one talks and the one he talks to is muted so to add to the mystery. Well, here it goes...

Disclaimer: I don't own Starcraft or any of its affiliates. If I do, there would be naval battles in Starcraft gameplay.

"It seems it went perfectly as planned... No one suspects it"

"What can you expect from simple minded creatures. Having one-track goal."

"Yes. It became troublesome but it was only delayed."

"I have called to arrange a covert base. The she-bitch nearly destroyed all of your commanding laboratories. And that pirate Raynor didn't help matter much."

"That laboratory is a crucial one. It nearly single handedly stopped the whole project. I don't know how Raynor got its location. Does he know the cost of how to produce even one experiment?"

"I heard Zeratul killed one of our experiments. That dark templar thought it was extracting psi energy from the preservers. As if we need more psi energy. The preservers should never reveal our secrets. That stupid Ulrezaj killed himself in the process and we now resorted using experiments to deal with it."

"Anyway, how does it feel to be dead?"

"Get used to it. It really isn't that bad. The research we conducted in Stukov finally bear fruit."

"He's different and far inferior than that of Kerrigan but he regained his free will and has new abilities. Isn't that what we're looking for?"

"I apologize for your look. It really isn't that bad. Those can be used for battle if you so desire."

"Moreso, you can move freely now that silly title of yours is gone."

"She really doesn't have a clue."

"Crippling the terrans. Exhausting their remaining armies. Kerrigan did what we planned her to do."

"She thought her silly insects and the pompous protoss are the only way to stop us."

"The UED's invasion wasn't accounted for and it nearly killed all our chances. Enslaving the Overmind isn't for petty humans. Earth will pay for that. We now know their location, though. We have Stukov to thank for it."

"Well, we must thank terran technology, too. Without it, this would be near impossible. How the Xel Naga fuse Protoss and Zerg DNA is beyond even protoss technology."

"You have me to thank for it. Originally, you planned to use it as weapons for yourself."

"The Xel Naga artifact is not much of any help. It kinda look stupid if you look the other way. You could have killed all the zerg forces in one fell swoop if you used it with the psi energy we have in stock. But it adds drama to your death."

"Yes, why would she even think of killing you that easily?"

"You're right. She thought she killed me, too. Shapeshifters has a way of looking like a real corpse. Your bluff is way harder to accomplish."

"She really has no clue to what she's doing. Revenge and emotion clouded her judgement."

"I'm sorry. I should take my leave. Rest now. You'll now be part of a grander plan. What does it feel to serve the higher power?"

"You'll get your just rewards."

"You've failed to conquer this sector. Now it's time to see it burn to ashes."

Kinda short and bad. It is also off-character and did I say bad? But what the heck. Reviews are appreciated. ^^
