CHAPTER ONE !

Wow, I can't believe it's my first day of College

Wow, I can't believe it's my first day of College. I'm finally going to the one and only Meyer College in California.

I just graduated from Forks High School in Forks, Washington. I didn't really have any close friends there. It was probably because I looked emo or goth or skater or however you would like to describe it, and to make things even worse, I was the Police Chief's daughter, so everyone new me and avoided me anyways, but I'm okay with that. My name is Bella Swan and I'm 18 years old.

All my stuff was dropped off to the dorm I will be living in for the next four years. So currently I am heading up to Washington Hall to room 305. My room mates name is some Alice Cullen girl. I wonder who she is.

I'm almost there... Room 300 .. 302 ... 303 … 304 … 305.

As I opened the door I saw two people looked at me, actually it was like they were examining me. It really made me feel self conscious and I began to blush a lovely shade of scarlet. Oh how I hate this curse. Its almost as bad as being clumsy.

Just then the girl that was short who seemed to be 4'11 and had black spiky hair and green eyes who I assume to be Alice jumped on me and pulling me into a hug and said with a huge smile plastered on her face "Hi, you must be Isabella Swan, pleased to meet you, I'm Alice Cullen and I will be your room mate, I can just tell were going to be great friends!"

I couldn't help but feel happy and laugh that Alice was so preppy and perky and happy!.

"Well first of all I'd prefer it if you called me Bella" I said with a smile.

"Okay, well I took the bed on the right side, I hope you don't mind, but I could always switch you if you want…"

"No no, the bed on the left is quite fine with me."

Just then somebody cleared their throat and both me and Alice looked over to the bronze haired boy in our room sitting on Alice's bed, oh my gosh he is so gorgeous, they must be dating. "Oh I am so sorry I forgot to introduce you guys. Bella this is my twin brother Edward, and Edward this is my room mate Bella." She said with a wicked smile. Hmm, she looks like she's up to something.

Just then Edward got up off the bed and made his way over to me and stuck out his hand "Pleased to meet you Bella." He was looking me straight in the eye and he had the most d a z z l i n g eyes that looked like liquid emeralds. I quickly remembered to extend my hand to him, "umm.. what ? oh yeah nice to meet you to." Oh gosh I hope he didn't catch my stuttering. Then he just chuckled.

Alice then kicked Edward out of the room saying that we needed to get unpacked, so he left saying he would be back later, but before he left he winked at me. Oh gosh he has the most beautiful eyes ever.

"so what do you think of my brother?" Alice said suddlenly bringing me out of the my thoughts.

"Um, he seems pretty nice." I said looking away before she noticed I was blushing, but she noticed it and had a huge smile on her face, I wonder what she's thinking.

"Oh yeah, he is. Do you want to come out to Dinner with Me, my boyfriend, my good friend, my brother and my other brother tonight?"

"um sure, I have to get changed first."
