Sakura closed her eyes tightly as she heard Sasuke pull that trigger, aimed at her. It was sickening. She didn't even know why he would do such a thing!

I was five and you were six

Sakura remembered once when she was five and he was six. They played on teams. All girls against all guys. It was Naruto, Sasuke, and Choji against Hinata, Ino, and Sakura. The girls wore black and the guys wore white. They rode on horses made of sticks. The object was to use a stick and poke the person on the opposite team. When you did that person was out. Sasuke always won.

Sakura kept playing the look in his eyes as he pulled the trigger and the feeling she got. His eyes were cold and unloving. She didn't fear death anymore. The one person she cared about most had shot her and being the medic she was, she knew she was going to die soon. The wound was too close to the heart for her to survive.

Music played and people sang

Sakura gently touched her engagement ring and thought of what it would've been like if they actually had gotten married. They were supposed to get married in about a month but now they weren't.

She kept hearing music playing, people singing joyous songs, and church bells…Then she heard the echo of that gun and cried. She heard footsteps. Him leaving of course. He didn't even say good-bye!

Sakura felt the life slowly be drained from her. Her heart slowed and she felt her last breath. She held it for a minute so she could think of all the happy times she had with Sasuke before she breathed her last breath.

She was dead before the cops got through the front door…
