Spiders Prolouge
Earth-616, New York City, August 2012 8:45
It was just an ordinary day for the web slinger, a minor bank robbery and a mugging, but nothing he couldn't handle. All in all it was a pretty good day, he was on his way back to his apartment to retire after a long day, until he saw a pulsating purplish light, naturally he altered his course to go check it out. He swung his way over to the light and finally landed at the entrance of a warehouse. He entered, seeing the source of the light he looked around for what could be causing it. Spidey glanced to the left and saw a rather small computer, he was heading over to it but suddenly his spider sense fired off more violently then it ever had before, he clutched his skull with bone white fists and fainted head first into the light. He was plunged into darkness.

"Miles wait here while I go get Spider-woman," said a more than slightly angered Nick Fury
"But it was an accident," said the new Spidey
"Well that "accident" cost us an entire city block, Damage Control's going to have to work double tonight," said Nick
"But…."
"No not another word I am going to get Spider-woman now stay here."
After Nick left, Miles thought to himself, "Well he never specified where to stay."
Miles turned invisible, busted a ceiling grate and crawled out of the room, he saw a few scientists working on a device emitting a purple light, curious, he snuck in and paused to look at it, without warning, his spider sense flared to life. Miles doubled over in pain and lost his grip on the wall, he tumbled down landing into the purple light and wasn't aware of anything else.

"Dad I'm leaving now, need anything?" inquired an anxious Mayday Parker, it was the first day of school and she didn't want to be late.
"No I'm good, need any lunch, or money for lunch?" replied her father.
"No I have enough Dad," she responded casually.
"Okay honey see you later," he said.
She quickly changed into her Spider-girl costume and swung to school, on her way she witnessed a robbery in progress and swung towards it. "Ah ah ah didn't anybody tell you not to play with guns," she taunted.
"Oh crap it's the Spider," three disgruntled thugs exclaimed.
"Language boys, do you kiss your mothers with those mouths?" she teased.
In a flash, she had all of the gunmen webbed up, except one. Spider-girl raced towards him, leaping over cars and street lights until the chase finally ended at a pier, "Give it up thug, I've got you cornered," she boasted.
"I surrender, I surrender, just please don't hurt me, I don't want to go into the purple light," he whimpered.
"Purple light? What, are you―aghhhh!" Mayday's head felt like it was being plowed into by a monster truck, she clutched her skull and stumbled off the pier. The cowardly gunman stumbled and sprinted off screaming. Meanwhile May floated into a mysterious purple light, disappearing.

Crawling through the vents of Alchemax was the familiar face of Miguel O'Hara, otherwise known as the Spiderman of 2099. He looked through the vents and at Walker Sloan's inventions. Miguel looked at all the doors and didn't want to imagine what was through them, except for one particular room that drew his attention. The room had a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign emblazoned on the door. So naturally, being Spider-man he had to disturb it. He hacked into their security passcode with ease and walked through the dull gray chrome threshold, upon entrance he saw a round device, with purple light emitting from it. From the back of the room, someone cried, "Hey its Spidermmmhhhh!"THWIP, the cry was silenced by a hasty a web bolt to the guard's mouth.
"Shock, I need to be more careful, or next time it wont be just one guard," Miguel muttered under his breath. After incapacitating the villain he looked around for a way to figure out what that device was or how it was emitting the strange purple light. Unbeknownst to Miguel, the guard had just enough room to wriggle free a finger, and that finger was all he needed to hit the alarm and signal for back up.
"Shock, shock, shock, ugh why now, and I was having such a good day too," Miguel exclaimed.
The first four guards entered the room and Miguel leapt into action, spinning, kicking, a whirlwind of blue and scarlet fury. As he moved to dispatch the last guard, his spider sense began screaming in pain, and he faltered.
"Aghhh, what the shock is this?" he grunted through gritted teeth and sharp breaths.
The guard, seeing his opportunity charged at Miguel and knocked him off balance. Miguel, still disoriented from the searing pain stumbled into the purple light, and all that was left was darkness.
