Itachi was walliking through the woods and looked beside him and he saw nothing. He wanted a girlfriend. When he was in the Leaf Village he had girls all around him and now that he is a rouged ninja he has nothing. He was still walking in the woods and he saw the Leaf Village and talked to him self and said "Maybe if I go back I could get a girlfriend." Betray the Leaf Village and you can not kill any body.
And the other condition is you will be accepted by battling the following people on the list: Naruto, Sasuke,
Neji, Rock Lee, Tenten, Sakura, Hinata, Kasahi, Ino,
Shikamaru, Choji, Garra,
