An ill-timed attack caused Yusuke to lose count. The attacker earned a swift end as punishment for the interruption.
One... three... five...
Yet another enemy rushed forward and, once again, the count was lost. An expletive followed by an even quicker death was received for the inconvenience.
One... three...
When a third of the numerous opponents distractingly advanced, Yusuke gave up on his tallying. After all, mathematics had never been his strong suit. He was more apt at fighting; a skill soon evidenced by the elimination of his remaining foes.
"I got fifteen, Urameshi," Kuwabara boasted at the battle's conclusion.
"Sixteen," Yusuke promptly responded. Kuwabara might out-count him, but he would never out-fight him.
