During the time that Shiro was missing, he could say the weirdest thing that happened was how the other Paladins met an alternate reality version of himself called Sven. WHAT KIND OF NAME WAS SVEN, I'M NOT EVEN SCANDANAVIAN, I'M FROM JAPAN! Shiro sighed, WELL I GUESS THAT'S THE MAGIC OF ALTERNATE REALITIES. GOOD THING I DON'T HAVE TO MEET HIM IN PERSON, THAT WOULD FLAT OUT WEIRD. Having decided that thinking about his other self wasn't going to help the team defeat the Galra, he decided to head to the training deck, hoping to clear his mind. What he didn't expect was Pidge and Hunk gathered around Pidge's laptop in the middle of the gym floor.
"Um, guys, what are you doing?" he was almost too afraid to ask. "We are trying to find a way to open an interdimensional portal, you know to gather more help for when we finally take down the empire," Pidge had a near psychotic look to her eyes, the way that she looked at the computer screen then to look at Shiro. Apparently Shiro had a look of disbelief on his face, because Hunk looked up and said, "yeah, that's what I thought a first, but then it all started to make sense; with more people willing to stand up to the Garla in our reality, what's not to say that someone may try to take over their universe, if they help us here, then they have a higher chance to defeat the EVIL OVERLORDS in their reality,correct?"
Before he had time to answer Pidge yelled out " Hey guys! I'm running a test run on it, so back up," The room flashed white, then changed to the pale to royal blue color that the paladins came to know a worm-hole. Shiro was surprised that the experiment actually succeeded in creating a wormhole, but what happened next he will never forget. Pidge decided to stick her head into the wormhole, and when she brought her head back out, someone followed her. Because of how bright the wormhole was SHiro was only able to see the silhouette of the person. Shiro believed the mystery person to be around his height, if not shorter and had the same muscular build as him. It wasn't until he heard the accent that Shiro realized that this mystery was Sven. Unable to string words together to express his shock, he kept quiet. Shiro had imagined Sven to look just like himself, but he was surprised when Sven looked like a Keith and Shiro mixture. Eyes that showed emotion when the body was emotionless, the full head of black curly hair that almost reached the line of becoming a mullet. Even the way he carried himself reminded Shiro of Keith. As Sven continued to talk to Pidge and Hunk, SHiro began to wonder what happened in his reality that made him the way he is.
When Sven finally agreed to spread the word of threats to different realities, was he finally able to look at this reality's Takashi Shirogane, All he could think to describe Shiro was "if he wasn't myself from a different reality, i would totally bang him. Tall, muscular, sexy, littered with battle scars." that was Sven's type of man. All he said before walking back into the portal was, "See you later big man." Then he disappeared back to his realty
It took Hunk and Pidge 30 minutes to convince Shiro that Sven was not talking to Hunk when he said big boy. It wasn't til that night when he finally went to his bedroom that realized what Sven meant by Big Boy. Shiro went to the training deck in his underwear.
