Tony's Father

Tony's father has escaped for jail and is out to get him and his family and the team try to protect him from his father. A/N: Ziva is not dead and Tony never left and has known about Tali and has been her father for her whole life. There will also be some Hebrew. A/N: first fanfiction story so please no criticism. feedback would be amazing. Also McGee is gay. Gibbs/tony father/son.

NCIS Bullpen: It was a sunny day in Washington D.C, Anthony Dinozzo Jr was sitting at his desk in NCIS HQ. Ziva David was looking after her's and Tony's daughter Tali David-Dinozzo at her desk. Timothy McGee was at his desk looking at his desk looking at his emails. Leroy Jethro Gibbs was down in forensics with Abby Scuito. Donald "ducky" Mallard was down in autopsy with his assistant Jimmy Palmer doing on their latest meat puzzle. Leon Vance was on the phone to Tobias Fornell at the FBI. Gibbs came back from Abby just as his desk phone rang. Gibbs answered it and then yelled "gear up we have dead marine" Tali asked "where am I going this time Uncle Gibbs?" Well you have a choice, you can go to Uncle Vance, Aunt Abby or Uncle Jimmy." Gibbs replied. Tali thought about it and then exclaimed Uncle Jimmy, Uncle Jimmy, Uncle Jimmy." Tony said with a chuckle "well that settles it, I'll ring Ducky and tell him that Jimmy can't come as he is on baby-sitting duty." Ok, McGee gas the truck and then take Tali down to Jimmy." "Yes boss." Tim replied.

Autopsy: Down in autopsy, Ducky was just finishing sewing their victim up, when the autopsy phone rang. Ducky answered it. "Autopsy." "Hey Ducky, just letting you now that we have a dead marine but Jimmy is staying behind because Tali wants to stay with him" Tony explained. "OK, and when is this fair beauty coming down Tony?" "She is on her way down with McGee." "Ok thanks for letting me know Tony, I will meet you at the truck." "OK ducky." "Mr Palmer?" "Yes Dr Mallard?" "Tali is going to stay with you today while we go out ok?" "Yes it is fine Dr Mallard." "She is quite excited I hear" They both hear the whoosh of the autopsy door opening and closing "Uncle Jimmy!" Tali yelled and ran to him and started crying. "Hey little one, what's wrong?" " we will leave you guys alone now." "okay, bye Uncle Tim bye Grandpa Ducky." Tali said, voice muffled by her head buried in Jimmy's legs. "Bye guys." Jimmy hears the whoosh of the door open and close, then said "their gone Tali." She looks up, her hazel brown eyes glassy from crying.

"What's wrong Tali?" "I am getting bullied at day-care." Then she started to cry again. "Oh Tali why didn't you tell Tony or Ziva?" "Because I know I can trust you to go and tell someone but not get mad at anyone." "Aww, thanks Tali." Jimmy said hugging Tali close to his chest when she jumped into his arms.

Crime scene: "Dinozzo bag and tag, McGee shoot, Ziva sketch." Gibbs ordered. Another car pulled up who they all recognised as Tobias Fornell. "Hey Jethro." Tobias yelled. "Hey Tobias." Tobias came up to Gibbs with two cups of coffee and gave one to Jethro. Ducky walked up to them. "Hi Tobias." "Hey Ducky." "What you got duck?" "Oh, nothing much Jethro" "Tell me what you have." "Well, three shots to the leg, one shot to the arm and one to the head that was done with the precision of a sniper so my conclusion is we are dealing with a sniper Jethro." "Oh I hate this sort of case." Tobias smirked as Gibbs groaned.
