A morning with the goddess.
A/N: I was originally going to write a "Nightmare before Christmas" fanfic as my first one, hence my pen-name, but I was uninspired because in the immortal words of Sander Cohen "My muse is a fickle bitch with a very short attention span."
Enough rambling, this fic is just a bit of Raven/BB fluff, hope ya like, and please review, but no flames or I'll do to you what Old Gregg did to Curly Jefferson! (Kudos to those of you that get that reference.)
It was early, too early for anyone to be up, or so I thought. There was a knock at my door, at first I ignored it but then a voice called to me "Beast boy open up, it's me Raven." Hearing this I immediately jumped out of bed to open the door "just a sec" I say yawning. "Planning on sleeping all day?" Raven asks giving me a half smile "maybe" I say jokingly. "Well it's time to get up." "Aww, just a few more minutes, please?" I say before turning into a kitten "Oh, alright, mind if I join you?" she asks seductively "umm, alright" 'DUDE, this is awesome I can't believe this is really happening' I thought to myself. Raven and I had been going out for a while, seeing as we defeated Trigon, Raven started slowly showing more emotion, and surprisingly nothing blew up, after the events in Tokyo we revealed our feelings to each other, we mutually decided to keep our feelings for each other under wraps because if word got out, we'd never hear the end of it. I buried my face in her deep purple colored hair, the scent of lavender and vanilla filled my nostrils, I then gazed into her amethyst colored eyes I then knew that I was staring into the eyes of a dark goddess, "Raven" I said finally breaking the silence but never breaking eye contact "Beast Boy" she cooed back "I love you, I always have and I always will." I say smiling, I can see tears welling in her enchantingly beautiful eyes "Oh beast boy, that's the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me." "And I meant every word of it." She wraps her arms around my neck, our faces coming closer together until our lips touch; I was in heaven, until Cyborg came along and ruined it. "Yo BB, you seen Raven 'cause she ain't in her room and I figured you'd know?" At that point I heard the door slide open followed by uncontrollable laughter "Ha ha, Raven and Beast Boy sittin' in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G." he laughed, at this point I was thoroughly pissed "Dude, you better start running!" I threatened "Or what?" he mocked "or this" I then turn into a cheetah and start chasing him through the tower, effectively waking everyone up. *sigh* good times, good times.
