"Barker," called out a guard in Devil's Island causing Benjamin to turn and look at the man. "What did I do this time," he muttered so even he could BARELY hear it. To Benjamin's surprise the guard was smiling. "You have been released orders of judge Alexander Turpin" Upon hearing that Benjamin nearly passed out.
The ship arrived just hours later. Benjamin couldn't wait go get back to Lucy and Johanna. Days passed then weeks and finally he was back in his homeland, London. Lucy and Johanna greeted him at the docks and Lucy held on like she would never let go. "Hush love," he consoled his sobbing wife, "it's all over now"
"Ben," she said, "he made me give myself to him." Furry grew in Benjamin's heart for Judge Turpin. HOW DARE HE DO SUCH A THING! But for the sake of his wife, Benjamin resolved to stay calm. "What happened," he asked comfortingly rubbing her back.
"I went to try to get you released and long story short he asked me what I would give him in return. I told him anything with the exception of Johanna. I didn't think he'd ask me such a vial thing. When I tried to refuse he threatened never to release you and to send Johanna to the whip. It was the lesser of two evils."
Violating his wife! Threatening a poor innocent baby! "After he was done with me, he said, "I'll keep my word though I doubt he'll want you now" Saying such a thing to the woman that made his heart beat for joy! "And then he threw me out into the streets"
Throwing a naked woman out into the streets! That was enough! Judge Turpin was GUILTY and he would HAVE to die. Later that night, after Johanna and Lucy were put to bed after having a long and tiring day, Benjamin grabbed his razor and left his house. He knocked on the door to Judge Turpin's house and was shown in explaining that he simply wanted to express appropriate thanks for Turpin's kindness.
"Barker," Turpin said with a false smile, "come in" "I just came to express my feelings for what you did." "No thanks is necssercry," Turpin said 'gracefully'. Before he could say another word Ben snunk up behind him and slashed his throat killing him instantally and painfully. "THAT WAS FOR HURTING MY WIFE AND THREATENING MY CHILD!" Then he left to be with Lucy and Johanna once again
