I stood there next to my best friend as we watched the concert preformed by the boys band.. Lucy, my best friend was entranced in their song.. She hummed and cheered every single second of the concert. While I stood there with my book, smiling at the band.. Lead singer and guitarist, Sting was at the front of the stage playing his way through peoples hearts.. He held his hand as he sang out the chorus. While I was watching him, Lucy stood there awing at Natsu.
"Hey there my little Kittens!" Sting started to shout into the microphone. "I'll give one girl in the room a present, if ya wuv me enough!"
All the girls screamed at the thought, and it pleased me as well. But there were plenty girls who were much pretty than me, so I wouldn't be surprised if he gave it to someone else.. I look at him in the saddest bit disappointed but I smile knowing that he wouldn't have chosen me anyways..
"Hmmm who shall I pick?" Sting purrs. All the girls are pushing to be the one.
Just at that moment I see his eyes meet up with mine, at that point I'm still smiling at him and I tense up clutching my book and looking up at him, my face turns rose red.. He winks at me and then at that moment it go's a little black and I notice I've just been pushed to the side and I can't see Lucy..
I gasp, "Lucy!? Lucy?! Where are you?" I start panicking because I'm all alone now. "Lucy!?"
At that moment Sting throws the present it lands in my hands, firm, as though it was meant for me, not luck.. I look dumbfounded at what I have in my hands.. The room goes silent. Pitch silent.. And then it happened, a girl in the back start clapping.. It was Lucy, she was standing strait and tall. I smile so brightly, and when I take a look back at the stage the boys are leaving the platform but as Sting leaves he gives me a small wave.
-Two weeks later-
"Lucy, can borrow a summer dress?" I ask sheepishly..
Lucy gasps at the thought. "My little Yuuki want's to wear a dress, and a summer dress!" Lucy started squealing.
"I-I-I just thought that a summer dress would be appropriate for summer, that's all…" I'm blushing so hard!
"Course you can have one of my dresses!" Lucy says smiling. "I'll go to the dorms early and get it!"
"Ok!" I say waving back at her..
The end of the year is today and summer break starts today! I look out the window, and smile!
"Sooo you're wearing a summer dress, I want to see you in that first!" A soft and purring voice comes behind my ear.
I turn around so quick that my black long hair whips around and comes around and wacks me in the face.
"Owwy!"
"You Ok?"
I look up and I see Stings face, and I blush at what he said before figuring out that he said that.
"Ha, you might look good in that!" he smirks.
"S-s-shuddup!" I start to blush.
Ever since he threw me the present, he's become more and more closer to me. And I don't have trouble telling him to shut up, if I did that before he started getting close I would feel like an idiot and retard..
We walk out of the classroom, and I nudge him, so that he doesn't get so close..
"Don't touch me idiot.." I say sternly but gently.
"Yes, yes." He puts his hand off of my head and puts it in his pocket.
Then he nudges me, and I punch him in the stomach.
"Owwy! You're no fun." He pouts..
"If I'm no fun why do you keep hanging out with me?"
"Hmm, I'll tell you if you win a game!"
We walk out of the school now and we part our ways to different dorms.
"A game huh?" I say softly to myself.. "Sure! Why not!"
I dash down the side walk and skid towards the door. My summer is about to startd!
-Next Moring-
The next morning I woke up, my bed sheets not even on me, and Lucy already has left the room.. I walk to the mirror..
"HOLY CRAP!" I yell.
My hair and eyes looked dreadful! I look around to make sure no one was watching, and I rush to the wardrobe to get my brush. I start brushing my hair and then I put on all my clothes.. I'm not a girly person so I don't put makeup on, so I was already to go!
"That scared me so much.." I sigh and walk out of the dorms..
I walk out of the campus of Magic High, and into the city! While I was walking I stop by the guild.
"Hey guys!" I yell.
"Hey Yuuki!" Natsu calls.
"Natsu have you seen Lucy?" I ask.
"Lucy said she was going on a job.." Natsu sighed. "She didn't want me to come.."
"Aww don't be that sad, I'm sure that she'll come back soon!" I say with a cheerful smile.
I leave the guild and walk off to the library.. Here at Magic High, mages from different guilds come to study magic and all of it's shit like that.. I'm only an average student when it came to studying.. But on the battlefield I'm at the top ranks.. I mostly do stuff without thinking!
"Move out of the way you stupid clutz!" A man's voice from behind.
"I'm so sorry!" A pleading voice trembles..
I look behind and a man is yelling at a women..
"Hey! Don't treat a lady like that!" I scold the man.
"Ha! She was in my way, nobody cares about a low rank mage like her!" The man started gloating.
"Why you!" I punch him right in the face. "If you're so good and not all talk prove it to me!" I smirk.
"How dare you punch me! Who are you punch me!" The man says angrily.
"I am Fairy Tail's Burning Petal!" There was a crowd forming. "Yuuki Akatsuki! My magic is Petal dragon slaying!" I say proud.
The man suddenly looked like he knew me, but the look went away. "I am Orga Nanagear, from Sabertooth!" He says.
Now that I look at him more closely, he is the god slayer of Sabertooth!
"Oh shit!" I think to myself!
"Still wanna go? God Slaying obviously beats dragon slaying." he smirks.
He was actually right, but I knew that I had to try! "Bring it on!" I say confidently.
I ready my petals, and wait for a moment.. I had studied God Slaying Magic for a while and how it is technically stronger than dragon slaying magic.
"What are you two doing!" An unknown voice comes from behind us.
It was sting who was as surprised as hell.
"Sting!?" We both say at the same time.
"Hey guys, why are you two fighting?" he asks so dumbfounded.
"Sting how do you know this rude butthead?!" I say annoyed!
"Sting how do you know this girl who sticks in everyone's business?" Orga says.
"STING!" We both say at the same time.
"Hold on you two, how the hell did you two get in a fight in the first place?" Sting says.
I explained everything to him in about 35 minutes because Orga being the rude and idiotic person he is, kept interrupting me.
"And Sting why do you even lik-?" Orga was about to say when Sting shut his mouth up with his hand.
"What?" I say confused. "Hey don't bring Sting in this, you butthead!"
"Geez, you two are like little kids.." Sting shakes his head.
After that whole mess I walk home to the dorms, but I feel as though Orga was about to say something..
"Hmmm, I guess I'll just have to wait.." I shrug.
-Next morning.-
"Yuuki! Hey Yuuki wake up!" A hazy voice said.
My eyes were enclosed shut and I could tell it wasn't Lucy.
"WAIT A MINUTE!" I say jolting my head to point that the recoil of my head made my head spin. "W-w-w-who's there?"
"Calm down tiger! It's just me Sting!" Sting says nonchalantly.
"Sting?!" I say adjusting to his face. "How did you get in here!?" I say realizing.
"I came through the window!" Sting smiled brightly.
I made him get out of my room and I changed and got ready for the day, but before that I looked in the mirror.. "Wow, my face is kinda messed up.." I say to myself.
"I think you look puurfect.." a voice tingled my neck.
"STING I TOLD YOU TO WAIT AT THE FRONT DOOR!" I punch him so hard that he go's flying.
Two hours Sting managed to get back to the campus because he went so far. We walk into the town and I go to stop by the magic store. I pick a locket and a book and go to pay for it all.. Next we go to a café and I order a strawberry parfait.
"Sting I have to tell you some news.." I say saddened.. "I'm leaving Magic High to go study abroad next year.."
"What! You're joking!" Sting immediately stood up..
"I'm sorry Sting, I got a really high score on last test and they told me to take this opportunity.." I say with regret about telling Sting.
Suddenly Sting reaches out for me and hugs me. "Don't go Yuuki.. Don't."
I could see that he clearly didn't want me to go, but I wondered why he was so sad, I'm just his friend... "I'll be able to keep in touch with you, so don't worry about never talking to me again!" I say reassuringly. Stings hold for me tightened. "Ow, Sting, let go of me!" It kinda hurt now.
"Sorry.." Sting let go of me with a sad face… "Please don't go.."
Sting and I talk for a little bit after that, then he walks off sad and a little bit frustrated. I walk back home, and it's a little bit late like 5:30.. I walk over to the Magnolia Tree because I still had some time before it was completely dark. Just as I turn the corner to get to the tree, I see blonde hair peeking out from behind the tree. It was Sting! I go to sit next to him and I lay my head on his shoulders.. He wakes up a little, "Yuuki?" He opens his eyes just to peek out..
"Hey Sting, I wanna play that game that you were talking about.." I say softly.
"Sure I'll play with you." He smiles at me.
"Then you have to tell me why you love to hang out with me so much." I smile back.
Sting explains the rules to me. Whoever wins two out of three games in Rock, Paper, Scissors, wins! We play and I'm at a draw with him. 1-1. This last game will finish it…
"Rock, Paper, Scissors, SHOOT!" We both yell at the same time. I did Rock and Sting did Scissors. I flail my hands up in the air!
"Now Sting tell me why.." I say smirking.
"Well…" He smirks back..
Suddenly Sting kisses me on the lips and I get pushed back a little bit. "It's because I love you!"
"I wouldn't mind falling for an idiot like you then!" I smile back at him!
