Green Like The Valley

(Author's Note: This is my first poem, so don't hate me if it sucks! It's in Leo's point of view after he dies. I don't know how he dies, just pretend he's dead, ok? Good. Here I go.)

Just like the valley,
Your hair is so green,
How I long to touch you,
My dancing beauty queen.

Though I am dead,
My spirit will live on,
And if you don't forget me,
I will never be gone.

I watch you from the heavens,
In the starry night sky,
My dancing beauty queen,
Why do you cry?

Don't grieve for me,
I'm in a better place,
Just pretend that I am there,
Kissing the tears away from your face.

You will forget me,
Your heart will move on,
You will find someone else,
Who will hold you until dawn.

I will wait for you forever, Jean,
I know we'll meet again,
And I'll watch over you from Heaven,
This I promise, on me you can depend.

And just like the valley,
Your hair is so green,
I'll love you forver, Jean,
My dancing beauty queen.

(Author's Note: God, that SUCKED! Except for the last verse. Personally, I liked that one. But the rest sucked. Feel free to flame me. I won't get too mad. @_@ Those are supposed to be swirly eyes. But they look like crap.)
