A/N: I wrote this poem for my girlfriend who I love dearly and she said I should post it so for the purpose of this post the poem is written by Sara for Catherine. I hope you all enjoy it and please review!!!
From Sara's point of view
I kneel here in front of you with a ring in one hand as I recite this poem that I have written you.
There are many words I want to say
How much you mean to me everyday
But every time I see you my mouth runs dry
And I let the opportunity pass me by
I love you more than I ever knew how
I count my blessings that I am with you now
My heart is overflowing from the love you have gave me
Did you know you were the one who saved me?
My life was over, I'd had enough
But you came along and showed me love
My mind had been restless causing me pain
Which you washed away like a gentle rain
With each day my love for you grows
To everyone around me it clearly shows
That I have found the one that is mine
My true love, my soul mate, forever in time
The sound of your voice brings a smile to my face
The touch of your hand I can almost taste
I love you with all my heart and soul
Being with you is my only goal
We can talk till the end of time
All the secrets we have for the other to find
You know me better than anyone ever has
I know I always want this feeling to last
I love you baby I just want to say
That my love for you will always stay
By your side I will always be
For today, tomorrow till infinity
I just want to tell you that this feeling inside
Fills me with so much love that I want to cry
But the tears are happy tears for you
That there is nothing that for you I wont do
So here I end this poem I write
I love you with all of my might
I love you more as each day goes
I love you forever as this poem shows!
I hope that you love this Catherine and will you please marry me?
"Yes" is all she replied before I put the ring on her finger and pulled her in for a passionate kiss
