My first story…

I'm Already Taken

Sengoku wrote, "Will you go out with me?" on a note of yellow paper. He sent it to the front of the row to a cute blue-eyed, brown-haired girl. When she got the note, she just opened it and read it to herself. Sengoku was embarrassed when she turned around and said.

"I'm already taken
You spoke up too late
I love somebody else
So you'll just have to wait."

A few years passed and they were in collage and Sengoku realized he still had feelings for her. So he called her up and told her how he felt. Then she said, "There's something you need to know,

I'm already taken
You spoke up too late
I love somebody else
So you'll just have to wait."

While walking out alone one foggy evening Sengoku heard a woman's scream. He then rushed over to find it was the girl he loved, being held by her wrist tightly by her boyfriend out side of a bar.

"What do you mean, "We're though!" Her boyfriend said as he tightens his grip on her wrist having her wince in pain.

"Stop it!" Sengoku said as he ran over and grabbed the man's arm.

"Let her go!" He demanded.

The man then let go of the girl and swung his fist at Sengoku, knocking him to the ground.

"Stop this right now!" The brown-haired girl cried. As her boyfriend her pushed back against the wall.

Seeing this, Sengoku got up and punched the man in the face. The man tried to fight back but couldn't, due to the fog. So he gave up and stomped away furiously.

"Are you alright?" Sengoku asked, putting his hand on the wall near her head.

"Sengoku." She said, as her blue eyes filled up with tears.

10 years later…

Time had gone by so fast and Sengoku still loved that blue-eyed, brown-haired girl.

Last night he had to laugh to himself as he overheard his little brown-haired son asked his mother as she tucked him into bed.

"Mommy will you marry me?"

This is what she said.

"I'm already taken
You spoke up too late
I love your daddy son
So you'll just have to wait."

Idea for the story comes from the song I'm Already Taken by Steve Wariner.
