Doctor Animo was sitting around in his grungy, never washed clothes that he wears constantly, on a couch, eating a can of dog food. He heard a knock on his door and became agitated. "Who dares?" he snarled. He got up and grudgingly went to the door. When he opened it, that douchebag of a landlord was revealed.
"I don't have the rent," said Doctor Animo. "Because I don't pay rent!"
"Yeah, I noticed," responded Roger, the landlord. "Listen here, Freak, if you don't start paying rent I'm gonna throw your ass out!" It was pretty nice that he hadn't evicted him for over six months of not paying rent in the first place.
"Nope," Doctor Animo said. "I'll just murder you with my mutant animals. And after that, dump your body somewhere."
"I'll call the cops!" Roger said, horrified by the rash statement.
"No again, dummy," Doctor Animo responded, laughing. "You won't be able to call the police."
"Oh? And why not?" Roger demanded.
"Um." Doctor Animo thought for a moment. "Because...SPIDERS!" Doctor Animo threw a bunch of wolf spiders in Roger's face.
He began screaming bloody murder and fell to the ground. He rolled back and forth, clawing at his face. "OH, GOD, get them off!" Roger screamed.
"Ha ha! That'll teach you," Doctor Animo said while laughing again. "I'd make a cruel joke at your expense, but I can't think of one right now." He slammed the door.
"Now I can go back to doing mundane things and eating dog food," Doctor Animo mumbled.
He walked back to his couch and sat down, putting up his feet. He grabbed the remote and unmuted the television so he could hear the news program. He picked up his spoon and resumed eating the dog food from the can.
"And now, in Health news," began the female reporter, "there was a recall issued for a brand of dog food that had been found to be tainted with E. Coli. It's Salty Sailor brand Dog Food. Please do not allow your pets to consume it for safety."
Doctor Animo looked at the can of dog food and found it to be the very same brand that had been recalled. "Oh no!" He got infected by E. Coli and his stomach began to cramp. He shit his pants before passing out on the bathroom floor.
The police showed up to arrest him shortly after. Roger had managed to get his cell phone out and contact the police before the spider venom killed him.
