BLAZING FIRESTAR
Just to tell you, this is a poem about Firestar. Please comment about what you like about it and any improvements and stuff like that. I just want to know how good it is. To add, this is my first ever story and poem, so please go easy on me on this :D
When the prowling Tigerkit was born,
Its claws stabbed our backs; as sharp as a thorn.
But we didn't know, oh no we never knew,
As the days came past, dew drop by dew
Then came the day, the day we never expected to come,
When we saw our future hero, and we knew what our leader had done
As the moons go by, the tiger grows more greed,
To become the ruler, to succeed.
But Fireheart didn't want that, oh no it did not,
As he revealed secrets, saw the tiger doing bad things on the spot.
When the day of betrayal came,
More tragedy would come, like all battles just the same.
But no one knew that the tiger wanted to kill
The leader we followed, the one who kept us still.
Apart from the magnificent blazing fire
Who knew that the prowling tiger was a liar,
As he fought with all his strength, claw by claw
To defeat the tiger, his courage grew even more
As he saw his leader understand the matter
And then more blood began to splatter
But still, more courage came, filing in one by one
As Tigerclaw knew he would be done
The battle ended after a gush of water saved the day
And Tigerclaw was exiled, and Fireheart thought, "Hooray!"
The prowling tiger was gone, all secrets were set free
But the darkness didn't disappear, but we let it be.
All hopes and dreams from the vicious villain fall down the drain
But Tigerclaw's defeat will not end in vain.
