Shayera and John were on watch tower duty at the watchtower together and their shift was about to end in 20 min.
"This is so boring, why can't some loser just rob a bank or something?" Shayera stated.
"Yeah, it's sad that our lives are only interesting when were off fighting evil villains robbing banks or trying to destroy the world" John replied.
John would often think what life would be like if the league was never formed all those years ago. Would the world keep spinning as usual? Would the seven of them still all be alive? Would Lex Luthor have taken over? And most importantly would he have met his best friend/crush Shayera?
"Hey, I have an idea of what we could do!" she said with a smile on her face, snapping John out of his thoughts.
"Ok, where?" he asked surprised by the sudden look of amusement on her face.
"Oh just a little place I know" Shayera replied.
