This isn't a story, its a poem. I wrote this 2 years ago after my boy friend broke up with me. Tell me how you like it.

Was it for Real?

I don't know how I feel,

But I'm sure my heart will need time to heal

Was it for real?

Every word you said to me, was all a lie

It hurts me so much that I wanna break down and cry

But… I can't for some odd reason

I guess I should be tried for treason

I can't feel anymore…all is lost

All those things I said shall pay its cost

One little move, and its not the same

I wonder…was it all just a sick game?

Was it for real?

I guess there's no such thing as love

There's no match made in heaven, to fit like a glove

No prince charming to sweep me off my feet

Or to tell me that I'm sugar sweet

So now this is the end of the line

As I ask the same question in my mind

Was it for real?
