Everything. Everything was so dark. I felt the wind pass my hair. I opened my eyes, and looked down. I realized that I was falling, but to where? Nowhere, I thought. Then, while staring at the darkness, I saw the ground. Panicking, I flailed and screamed, Like a complete idiot. What was I supposed to do? Knowing this was the end, I let my body fall. Right before I hit the ground, I woke up. When I awoke, my body flung itself upwards, slamming my head on the top of the ceiling. "Ow." I said, As I put my blankets to the side. "What happened? Did you find a spider or something?" Said my brother, Sam. He's 15 Years old. He has Kind of long dark brown Hair, Blue eyes, And Always either has his shirt off, or no shirt and jacket. This time, he slept with his shirt off. "N…no. It was a dream. I was falling and I almost hit the ground." I said. "Oh. Wow. Those dreams suck. By the way, Mom said that breakfast was ready." He said. "Oh… Ok." I said. He then got up, and started to walk to the kitchen. I rubbed my eyes, jumped from the top bunk, and walked into the bathroom. Walking in, I was blinded by the light since that Mine and my brothers room was dark when we woke up. I stared at myself in the mirror. I looked like shit. My eyes had dark circles Under my eyes, due to lack of sleep. My long hair was all messy, with hair sticking up everywhere. I have Brown hair, and being a male, it's weird to some people that I have long hair. I grabbed the comb out of the medicine cabinet, and combed my hair down. I grabbed my contacts, put them on, and went to the kitchen. I saw what was for breakfast. Sausage patties, bacon, and waffles. I pulled out one of the chairs, and sat down. "Oh, hey Awoken! You're late to breakfast again. What's wrong?" My mother said. "It's just a dream I had. Don't worry, I'm fine!" I said to her. After I finished my food and went to the living room to see some of the news. "Six children have been missing Since the war against monsters and humans. We have thought that they journeyed out of the city to find the monsters. That's the big story that we have for today, we will see you next time on FOX NEWS!" I stared in shock at the Television. "*sigh* I've heard that story over and over again and it still makes me a little bit sad." Says my mom. I stood up and walked outside. The outside was quite warm, But The entire town shaded Because the sun was Behind the giant mountain, MT Ebott. I always wondered what it was like to climb that mountain. "Awoken, come back inside, it's getting dark!" Called Mother. I ran back inside. I looked at the clock. Holy shit! It was 12:37 PM! How long has it been! It felt like 7 minutes! Wait… Now I remember… I was on the ground when my mom called me in… I think I passed out or something. "Awoken, you just fell to the ground and stayed there. What happened?" Mom said. "I'm pretty sure it's because I haven't slept in a day or so." I replied. "By the way, can you stop referring me to my username?" I asked "Ok. I can do that. I just thought that you liked it." She said, and then walked away. I walked to my bedroom, climbed to my top bunk, and covered myself in my blankets. I'm going to climb that mountain, and discover what's up there… Tomorrow. I'm fucking tired, I thought as I Closed my eyes. I forgot to take my contacts off.
