The csi sat in the break room waiting for their assignments. Catherine and Warrick were talking about what they did on their day off. Nick and Greg were talking about the girls they met at a club the night before. Sara was drinking coffee like crazy because she didn't get much sleep before work. Five minutes after everyone arrived Grissom walked in with assignments.

"Warrick and Catherine DB on the strip. Sara and Nick family murdered in their house. Brass will meet you at your scene. Greg, you and me break in."

All but Sara and Nick left the break room to get to work. "Sara, what's wrong you look really tired?"

"I am fine Nick, really I'm fine."

"Okay, let's get to work." Nick said then left the room.

Nick walked in to the house first. "Brass what do we have?"

"Their neighbor noticed the kids didn't go to school so she walked over to check on them and found all the blood."

Sara followed behind him. "So who are our victims?"

"The father Aaron, mother Elisabeth, sixteen year old Ashley, her twin brother Austin, and the neighbor said they have three other kids. Eight-year old Eric, six-year old Emmy, and one-year old Caitlin."

Sara noticed all the blood that the suspect had tracked into the front entrance. "Do we now where the other three are?"

"Sorry Sara but, as of now we do have an amber alert out for all three children. Right now we just need to focuses on processing the scene. It might lead to some clues."

Brass left and Nick was the first to speak. "How about I take the parents room and Sara, you can take the kids room?"

"Sure."

In the parents room with Al and Nick.

"So what do we have here Doc?"

"Aaron here was stabbed five times in the back and his throat was slashed, Elisabeth is a different story she's been hit multiple times in the skull with a blunt object she has a broken wrist from self-defense."

"So he probably killed the father first by slicing his throat so the stabbing was over kill."

"I would guess, I wont know more until after I get them on my table."

In the twin's room with Sara and Dave

"What do we have here super Dave." Sara asked looking around the room.

"Both of them were stabbed seven times."

"Any thing else?"

"Sorry, we'll know more after the autopsy."

"Thanks Dave." Sara said then started processing the scene.

Mean while at Sara's apartment

Lizzie Marie Sidle sat at her little desk in her room coloring with her babysitter Lindsey.

"Linds when will mommy be home?" She asked.

"When you go to bed and wake up in the morning she'll be home. Speaking of bed it's time you put your pajamas on." Lindsey said as she started to put the crayons back in the box.

"Please Linds don't make me go to bed pleaseee." Lizzie begged.

Lindsey cleaned the desk off. "How about after you get your pajamas on we can make popcorn and watch a movie?"

"Can we watch A Bug's Life or maybe Dreamer. Oh can we watch Adventures In Babysitting pleasee?"

"Okay Aventures In Babysitting it is. Now get your pajamas on and I'll get the popcorn."
