Just a quick little one shot as I get my mojo back. I found two girls who sit one on each side of me in class and they both write so we're going to write a story together and I was so excited that I wrote this and I'm starting a new multi chapter story.

Kensie Blye looked up as Sam and Callen came down the stairs arguing as usual. Deeks was sitting across from her being annoying as usual. Eric was doing something computery upstairs as usual. Hetty was drinking tea and going over paperwork as usual.

"Hey, Kenz, you okay?" Sam asked looking concerned.

"Huh, oh yeah, Sam, I'm fine." Kensie replied giving him a fake smile.

"Are you sure you're alright?" Deeks asked.

"I'm fine, Deeks leave me alone." Kensie said glaring at him.

"She's not fine." Deeks whispered to Sam and Callen who nodded back at him.

"She didn't threaten me when I made a comment about her clothes she just stared into space." Deeks continued.

"She didn't defend her breakfast burrito when I teased her this morning about it." Callen said finally joining the conversation.

"She didn't even say hi to me." Said Eric who had come downstairs and had overheard their conversation.

"What did you do?" Sam asked Callen and everyone turning to look at him.

"Why do you always assume it's me?" Callen asked.

"Because it's always you." Sam answered.

"No it's not." Callen argued back.

"You guys are aware I can hear you right." Kensie said glaring at all of them.

"Sorry, Kensie." All the boys said at once.

"Why don't you gentlemen go work on your overdue paperwork as I talk to Ms. Blye?" Hetty said sneaking behind them. Kensie laughed as the boys scurried off as fast as they could.

"How do you do that Hetty?" Kensie asked following Hetty to her office.

"Do what Ms. Blye?" Hetty asked smiling slightly.

"Why don't you tell me what's bothering you." Hetty said pointing to the chair and pouring tea for both of them.

"Do you ever wonder if you're in the right line of work?" Kensie asked.

"Sometimes however if you always wonder 'what if?' then you'll never be happy." Hetty answered.

"I feel like I don't belong here sometimes." Kensie whispered looking down.

"Whatever do you mean? The boys wouldn't be able to function without you." Hetty said.

"I'm average here, Hetty." Kensie said.

"Ms. Blye, you are far from average." Hetty replied grabbing Kensie's hand.

"Without you this office would fall apart."

"Hetty, I think that's more you then me. How do I keep this office together?"

"You tease Deeks to get his frustration out, you fight with Sam and Callen which keeps them mostly calm, you get results out of Eric faster than anyone else, but most of all you are the balancing power that keeps this office form being filled with male ego."

"Thanks, Hetty, you're the best."
