"Nico! Let me in!" Will yelled through the door.
Nico didn't answer.
"Nico, come on. It's not that big of a deal!" Will kept knocking on the door.
"Not that big of a deal?! What do you mean it's not that big of a deal?" Nico yelled back.
Will really didn't see way the big deal was. All he did was call Nico adorable. He really was though. They were making cookies for the sing-a-long tonight and Nico had gotten some flour on his face and was laughing at something Will had said. And he really was being adorable, but as soon as Will mentioned the word, Nico's smile dropped, and he walked into his room and turned on his darkest, scariest music and started muttering that he wasn't cute and he was the ghost king.
It was really adorable.
"Nico, if I say I'm sorry, will you come out?" Will was not above pleading.
"Do you promise not to call me adorable again?" Nico retorted.
"I promise. Now come on, we have to finish the cookies." Nico walked out of the room still kinda glaring at Will.
"I am the Ghost King. I'm not adorable."
"Whatever you day darlin'. Whatever you say."
