Benvolio (added sonnet): Great Poseidon must mock a change of course

For what friend or foe can sail cursed seas?

Fear as his trident's edge shall not remorse

For the strange vows that a fickle man plea.

From Cupid's arrow bitter poison drips,

Not once but twice hath it create adore.

You wish to feast on her forbidden lips?

Still to believe is your stomach for more!

Romeo, art thou but a drunken fool?

To love the siren, is great love indeed!

Her mischievous call has pinned the mule;

Still for the mule, I'll give my faithful creed,

My ass, I'll pray thy ingenuity,

To ever connect the sworn enemies.
