The Final Corridor: Intermission
I've just been struck with an inspiration. I know you all are eagerly awaiting TFC Part Two (Not! ^_^;;), and I have finally decided on a course for part two. If you don't want to know how part two goes, then don't read the rest of this!! ^_^
RV= Reviewer SP=Me ^_^
-------------------------------------
RV: I read The Final corridor {TFC}, and it just didn't seem right. Did I miss something?
SP: You may have noticed how some parts of TFC didn't quite match up, and how it seemed that Tenchi died, but then came back it the end. You may also have noticed how I said that Washu was gone, but then was in the lab at the end. You want that explained, I bet. ^_^ Well, the thing is... This "assassin", as we'll call him (I give his name in Part Two), uses a type of illusions to fool his opponents, kinda like Lord Toma from "Ranma 1/2, Nihao my Concubine". The illusion he used on Tenchi made Tenchi's mind assume that he had been killed, therefore, Tenchi thought that the hand he brought up was really bloody. This also explains why Ayeka and Ryoko were "KILLED". Catching on?
RV: Hey, the assassin used his HANDS to kill Ryoko. She's dead then, right?
SP: NO. The assassin is capable of creating illusions by himself. The sword is a real sword, just with different "qualities." Ryoko thinks that she is quite dead, but she obviously isn't.
RV: Why IS Washu back? I thought you said she left.
SP: She did. What, people can't go back if they want to?
RV: Wasn't the part with Ayeka's death just a little too cliche?
SP: {laughs} Yeah, it was. I don't know what I was thinking at the time. ^_^
RV: So you admit it could've, might've {should've} been different.
SP: Yes. I originally thought of Tenchi getting angry and busting out the Light Hawk Wings right then and there, but then what would the point of even writing TFC be?
RV: I see. So, you're saying that this assassin, he used illusions. Then, he captured Ayeka and Ryoko, right?
SP: Yes, you catch on very quick. Ryoko and Ayeka are being held.
RV: Thanks, that's about it.
SP: Sure, any time. {grabs a Pepsi off the table} This is mine, right?
