Here's another short one-shot based on The Hiatus Café idea that I did with SVTFOE.

(September 23, 2015)

After the whole road trip mess, Dipper, Mabel, Stan, Candy and Grenda were all sitting down on chairs next to the counter inside The Hiatus Café, waiting for their food to arrive. Some cappuccino, and some donuts was what they were waiting for.

"So…Candy…you still forgive me, right?" asked Dipper. He still feels a little guilty on the whole girl calling thing that he did.

"Of course, Dipper. I already said that the road trip makes people do crazy things." said Candy. She hugs Dipper and Dipper hugs her back. They stop hugging when they see Stan impatiently waiting for the food.

"Something wrong, Stan?" asked Dipper.

"Yeah. The food is taking forever!" yelled Stan. "I came here for what?! Nothing?!"

"The food takes a while, Grunkle Stan. Just be patient." said Mabel. "At least you don't have to wait 4 months like how we came here March." The front door slowly opened, and Ford walked in through the door with Star Butterfly, who brought him there.

"Fascinating. I might borrow these scissors next time. Thanks, Star." said Ford.

"Don't mention it, Ford. I gotta get back to Marco. He made some super awesome nachos!" Star rushed out of the door to get to Marco's house as Ford walked to his family and friends.

"Hey, Ford." said Mabel. "This place is amazing, isn't it?"

"It is very fascinating. A dimension where cartoon characters go to, and it's even more fascinating that we are cartoon characters adored by millions."

"It's very funny how a year ago, people predicted that you existed."

"So Ford, have you been figuring out how to keep the rift safe?" asked Dipper.

"I tried, but it's hard. I simply don't know how to keep the rift safe…but what I do know is that in the continuing adventure to save ourselves from Bill, the next part involves you and Mabel looking at the future." the entire cast gasps at this.

"B-but what will happen in the future?!" asked Dipper, scared.

"Nobody knows…literally. There's no visuals of it yet…not until October, at least." said Ford.

"Dipper, what will happen in the future?! Maybe we failed and all our loved ones will die! Like Stan, and Ford, and Candy and Grenda, and Soos!" said Mabel, terrified.

"Wait…speaking of Soos…" said Dipper.

"Where is Soos?" asked everybody.

Corn Maze:

Soos was still in the middle of the corn maze. He hasn't moved a single inch yet.

"They'll come for me." said Soos, as he continued to stay inside the maze.

And that was The Hiatus Café – Roadside Attraction. I wanted to put it as Cartoon X-overs, but I decided that the main thing would be the show that I would be writing for.
