The world had changed since the discovery of Sekirei. The ending of the Sekirei plan and the destruction of the MBI resulted in a large shift. Many more Sekirei were brought to life, with the usage of the Jinki. The women, men and few children spread throughout the world, resulting in a large shift. The truth about the beautiful women, handsome men, and heart-stealing children was revealed, and though their identities weren't revealed, many organizations began looking for them. In some parts of the world, usage of Sekirei resulted in political shifts. Many men and women rose up thanks to the Sekirei, their ambitions often fed by their Sekirei, leading to the rise of the world's most fierce political era, where battles weren't unknown and direct clashes involving both follower's of a politician and that politicians special soldiers, the Sekirei were common and violent.
One place that had been hugely affected by this trend was Central America. A place already filled with violence, and political chaos, the spread of Sekirei had made clashes of the political variety far more common in the space between North and South America than they had already been. A few politicians were especially brutal in their usage of Sekirei. A few politicians were known to be like the infamous Higa Izumi, someone who used their Sekirei for evil, and bought often Ashikabis to use as minions. More than one businessman was also known to be like this. The worst example of this trend was Honduras, a country directly in the middle of Central America, and the country currently feared as the most dangerous nation in the world, with the number one most dangerous city and the fifth most dangerous city in the world, as part of it. Tegucigalpa (the nation's capital and 5th most dangerous city) and San Pedro Sula (The industrial capital of the world and world's most dangerous city).
Clashes in this nation, particularly in the countryside were violent, and destructive. One clash, between soldier's of Xiomara (the head of the Socialist party), and one Sekirei of one of her unnamed political enemies, went as far as the destruction of a few different houses, as the Sekirei was seen launching Hurricane force wind, at Xiomara's privately owned tanks, launching them around, until they stopped moving. The Sekirei was then seen fleeing, retreating to an unknown location.
However, for a young man, only just graduated from college, none of that mattered. He, for his own part was busy. He was packing. Packing for the trip of his dreams. To his dreams. The young man was currently being hailed as one of Honduras's leading progressive thinkers. Despite his status as an American. He was a leader among Hondurans. And respected as one of the most hard-worker and talented Speakers Honduras has ever seen. And he was finally on his way home. To change the Latin nation for the better.
