How do you know if Edwards the most perfect boyfriend ever, what if he had seen someone else when he left Bella. You never know.
Chpt 1:
This is absurd. I see a young couple arguing in the forest while I try hiking for once in my life. I had noticed them a few minutes ago but never paid attention. The male is an unnatural pale colour, similar to a blank piece of paper, from where I'm standing, his eyes replicate a gold necklace that is over a century old. His hair colour looks almost identical to his eyes. The female, has pale skin, nothing like the male but, her hair was a dark brown. She has warmth in her hazel eyes but they were swollen and red, as if she'd been crying a few moments ago. I shuffle closer so I could hear their conversation. His head pricked, as if he heard me, as if he heard my movement. He suddenly grabs onto her shoulders as if he was going to protect her from something and has a vicious, almost threatening, look in his eye.
"Edward?!" The girl screamed in shock, right before he shushed her.
"Cheryl, there is someone out there, I can smell it." He pulled Cheryl towards him in a loving grasp of a hug.
"Why do you care about me now? I thought you were leaving me to go back to your beloved girlfriend, back in wherever you came from!" Cheryl screams through her tears as she tries to pry his hands off of her but his hands stuck on to her like glue.
"Calm down." He chuckles as she hits his arm.
"EDWARD CULLEN! You just said that there was someone else and now you're telling me calm down?! You are impossible!" Her screams were ear-piercing.
"When did I say that there is someone else? I just said that I had a girlfriend back in Forks. Had, as in the past. Cheryl, will you calm down now?" He chuckles lightly.
Just wait Cheryl to scream some more so I can escape without Edward noticing. Nobody can hear anything over her eardrum bursting shrieks.
"No! You said that there was another girl. That you were cheating on the both of us!" She finally unwraps his arms off of her.
"She is in the past." He smiled. "Don't you trust me?"
"I guess. Don't ever scare me like that again, promise?" She asks innocently.
"I promise, beautiful." He smiled and kissed her gently.
My legs went numb, I've kneeled for too long. I shake my leg as quietly as possible. Then, Edward inched towards my direction.
Scream Cheryl! Start Screaming! I can't stay still much longer!
In my luck, Cheryl started to shriek in horror.
"A TARANTULA! IT WAS RIGHT THERE!"
"You're scared of a spider, but not a disgusting monster? Cheryl, you are one of the strangest phenomenon I've ever encountered!" He chuckles.
Disgusting monster? What the heck is he talking about? I should run. Now!
And off I ran.
